In accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation, your personal data will be processed on the legal grounds and for the purposes set out below:

If you give us your consent, your data will be processed for the purpose of managing your access as a registered user of the website, enabling you to make use of the various services offered through the website (website browsing, online shop and retrieval of credentials).

In addition, Auxiliar Conservera may disclose personal data and any other user information when required to do so by public authorities (State Security Forces and Bodies, competent Public Bodies and Judges and Courts) in the exercise of the functions legitimately attributed to them and in accordance with the provisions applicable in those cases in which it is necessary.

Finally, if you make a purchase using the online shop, your credit/debit card details will be communicated to the financial institutions through the payment gateway offered by the financial institutions themselves, and Auxiliar Conservera will not be in possession of this information at any time.

Auxiliar Conservera will comply with current legislation regarding the duty to delete personal information once the intended purpose has been achieved, or when you withdraw your consent, remaining at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Authorities to deal with possible liabilities arising from the processing, and only during the statute of limitations for such liabilities.
